We ship with tracking using FedEx for Domestic orders, Canada Post for Canadian orders and UPS for all other international shipments. The time estimates, that appear at check out, are estimates and not guarentees. Please allow up to a week for your delivery when you choose FedEx 2-5 day options. The 2-5 days stated are business days. We try and ship out orders within 24 hours of recieving them but events like holidays, non-business days, or time of order can effect these times.
If you are ordering for the first time with us, we will typically hold your package until we reach you to ensure you are a professional account. To expedite us please call us before your first order.
LAshX / Makeup Mandy is not responsible for delays in shipping due to carrier errors or delays. If you need your package extra quick please call us directly at 310-855-3305 or 1-888-lashxla to ensure we send your packages the quickest way possible.
Damages from Shipping
If your items arrive in less than perfect condition please alert us right away! Please take a photograph of packaging so that we can assist you in rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.
When ordering adhesives please watch your tracking information. In the hotest months we do not ship adhesives on Fridays to help prevent orders from being left on a delivery truck in the heat. Please make sure your package is not left outside in extreme heat. If you open your adhesive and there is an extreme odor please call us right away. This could be a sign of heat damage.
